Exercise Physiology

Exercise Physiologists are university qualified allied health professionals. They specialise in clinical exercise prescription and the delivery of exercise and lifestyle modification programs. Exercise Physiology is for people who are at risk of, or are living with a chronic disease/condition; are in rehabilitation; wish to improve health; or enhance sporting performance.

Regular exercise is scientifically proven to assist people prevent/manage the following conditions:

  • Diabetes and pre Diabetes
  • Chronic Kidney Disease
  • Cardiovascular disease
  • Respiratory conditions including Asthma
  • Depression, Anxiety & PTSD
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Stroke & Acquired Brain Injury
  • Arthritis (& other chronic pain)

Our Exercise Physiologists facilitate a range of group classes including by not limited to, Hydrotherapy, Vital Moves (similar to Pilates), Strength and Conditioning, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Type II Diabetes and general fitness. For class availability in your area enquire at your closest Vital Health Centre.

Our Exercise Physiologists work in Kingaroy, Dalby, Miles, Roma, Mitchell, Charleville snd St Geroge. We can also travel to see you!
