There are seven Vital Health Centres* based across Queensland and new south wales. From these centres our clinical team operate a regular outreach/mobile service** roster to provide clients in remote locations access to our services.

Home visits may be arranged for various reasons, including but not limited to: post-operative care, living remotely, home equipment assessments, inability to travel due to disability, or simply because it is easier for you!
The cost of a home visit will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. Home visits may be eligible for funding depending on location, referral or Private Health inclusions. Call us or use the inquiry button below to discuss further.
Meet the team
Our Multi-Disciplinary teams regularly travel in circuits through Darling Downs, Western Downs, South West Qld, Far South West Qld & Northern NSW. If your nearest town isn’t on the list, please contact us to ask if we are travelling near you and able to organise a home visit. Telehealth is also available.

At Vital Health we are always looking for driven and energetic staff. Vital Health is a multi-disciplinary Allied Health Practice that employs Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Psychologists and Speech Pathologists. Our team also includes receptionists, administrative staff and professional support staff.
