Vital Health Careers

Join our Team!

Here at Vital Health we are so proud of the fun, energetic team that we have created!  Our diverse group of AHPs include: Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Podiatrists, Psychologists and Speech Pathologists. And of course, our team also includes our exceptional administrative team and professional support staff.

If you are looking for a career tree-change or wish to extend your skills professionally with a diverse caseload and senior clinical and administrative support, we would love to hear from you!

Some of the personal and professional rewards of working in a rural setting at Vital Health include:

    • Making a real difference – being apart of the Vital Health mission, you will be providing much-needed inperson therapy to rural, remote and indigenous communities. Did you know that Rural Australians are more likely to suffer or die from illness, injury, chronic condition that our city counterparts?
    • Support & Supervision – our new grad program has been designed by current new grads to include weekly 1:1 supervision with senior professionals, team meetings, a structured peer support program, multi-disc case conferences and additional support whenever required.
    • Clinical variation – you will be exposed to a variety of areas of clinical practice that you wouldn’t have the chance to experience in the city.
    • Unrivalled renumeration – we understand your value to the community and have above industry standard packages available for each discipline
    • A genuinely fun & friendly environment – not just in our team but in the wider community that you live in! It’s very difficult to put into words what this really means without living it, so why not get in touch to come out and have a trial experience working alongside one of our teams?
    • You will have the opportunity to experience the real country lifestyle. We aren’t talking the romantiscised regional coastal towns here – we are talking true-blue country lifestyle, wildlife and untouched scenery.
